Overview

This Privacy Policy and our terms of use govern your use of the Madhav Retail Sales application for mobile and handheld devices (the "App"), through which we sell grocery products. Please read them carefully before you download, install or use the services.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not install, download or use the services. By using the application, you create a legally binding arrangement to abide by these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Definitions

"Madhav Retail Sales" means the Madhav Retail Sales mobile application.

"Catalogue" means details relevant to the sale/purchase of grocery products, including selling price, description, weight/pack size, and content provided by the seller and displayed on the Product Display Page (PDP).

"Maximum Retail Price (MRP)" means the price in INR imprinted on the product, inclusive of all applicable taxes.

"Order" means the order placed by the buyer over the application for the purchase of the seller's products.

Invoice details of any order placed by the buyer shall be available and viewable within the application under the 'My Orders' section.

"Product(s)" means the grocery products — kirana, packed food, beverages, household and personal care items — made available by the Seller over the mobile application.

"Seller" means Dealers, Merchants, or Manufacturers who have entered into Agreements with Madhav Retail Sales and have been allowed to display and offer products to prospective customers.

"We", "us" and "our" mean Madhav Retail Sales.

"You", "your", "customer" and "buyer" means anyone who visits, accesses, or uses our Mobile Application or purchases products using our Mobile Application.

User Account, OTP & Security

If you use the mobile application, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and OTP. You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we reserve the right to indefinitely suspend, terminate, or block access to your account.

How Do We Protect Your Information?

Our application is scanned on a regular basis for security vulnerabilities to ensure your experience is as safe as possible. We use regular malware scanning and security protocols to protect your data at all times.

Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. You agree to immediately notify Madhav Retail Sales of any unauthorized use or breach of your account, and to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Madhav Retail Sales shall not be responsible for any misuse of your account or OTP. It is your sole responsibility to keep your account details confidential.
